Tangent Environmental Technologies Ltd has been approached to provide systems for the recovery of surface contained oil, the removal of associated water and emulsion stage. This includes recovery of all hydrocarbons associated with the bottom sludge level, followed by the recovery for reuse or disposal of associated water that is associated in these oil ponds, followed by the remediation of the surrounding natural soils that may be contaminated by the leaching of hydrocarbons. Closure of the sump area where fluids (oil/water) and solids have been removed cleaned and replaced, is also included in this scope of work. Tangent has been requested to establish, design and implement this complete system along the outlined operating parameters. Providing onsite expat personnel and engineering has also been included in the services into several markets and we are currently in the final steps of the design and plan of this system.
