Mr. Snydmiller has 17 years of waste management experience encompassing operational management, technical design, fabrication and implementation. Jason brings a complete understanding of application and process regarding oilfield waste management and oil separation and an ability to work within and/or lead a team from all aspects of a project.
Much of Jason’s work experience is from an international stand point having worked in over thirty countries of five continents allowing for an appreciation of approach and customer involvement that has enforced flexibility in his qualifications.
Stuart Snydmiller, Senior Vice President

23 years of oilfield experience in the domestic and international drilling sector. Recently Stuart managed a Drilling Services Contract in Mexico, introducing new technology that reduced drilling times by 75%. In addition to his operational responsibilities for that project, he was part of the design and build team that constructed 14 new advanced automated portable AC drilling rigs. Previous to this, he worked the Gulf of Thailand on the Smedvig T4, reportedly the fastest drilling rig in the world. He has a vast knowledge and understanding of exploratory drilling and the day to day operations of managing personnel in the international oil and gas industry.

Mr. McRae has 25 years of business strategy, Office Logistics and Office management with multi- national companies Chevron and AltaGas as well as several smaller businesses. Sandy also has extensive skills in asset management, vendor relations, contract administration and communications. Sandy brings a very respectful and open minded attitude to the Tangent team, emphasizing the need to take the time to build relationships for a successful business relationship between customers and service providers alike.
Richard Seto, Business Development

Mr. Seto has 29 years of oil service and finance with small and large service companies. In underbalanced drilling and mineral exploration. Richard graduated from the University of Calgary in 1980 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1983. He was a senior officer of privately held Big D Rentals and Sales (1981) Ltd. an oilfield rental company from 1980 to 1994 where he was responsible for all accounting, financial and strategic matters. In 1994 he founded Inter-Tech Drilling Solutions Ltd., a TSE traded affiliate of Big D, successfully introducing underbalanced drilling technology into domestic and international markets before its acquisition by Precision Drilling Corporation in 1998. From 1998 to 2001 he held senior line and corporate management positions with Precision Drilling, including Vice President and General Manger of wholly owned Northland Energy Corporation and Director, Strategic Communications.

Mr. Bieniak has 11 years oilfield and drilling waste management experience, along with 11 years of heavy duty mechanic, customer service and operations. Rick has been essential in the design and commercialization of Tangents Cascade Waste Water System.
